Non-alcoholic beverage recipes for St. Patty's Day: 

The Irish Rose

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz lemon juice 
  • 2 oz cherry juice 
  • 6 oz soda water 
  • maraschino cherry
  • and, a twist of lemon for garnish

 

Non-Alcoholic Irish Cream

Ingredients: 

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 20 ml espresso shot
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or your choice of sweetener (or more to taste)
  • 1-2 drops vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder (optional) 
  • 1 tablespoon light cream optional (or more to taste)
